Born and raised in Chicago IL, Chef Carmen Sabia embodies the definition of the city; blue collar, hard working, and determined. He believes there are way too many different styles of cuisines in the world to only be experiencing one at a time. Well made dishes should be experienced and are not to be taken for granted; they can tell a story or remind you of a place or event. So Carmen and his wife Stephanie, founded Ghosted Concepts, which started as a pop-up restaurant and soon became one of Virginia`s first virtual kitchens. With almost thirty years in the hospitality business and several awards and honors under his belt, Chef Carmen has made it his goal to bring some of his home town favorites as well as new and exciting dishes to your table. Our concept will allow you and your family to enjoy several different cuisines at one time from just one kitchen.
